HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Yıldız Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for Human Resources Manager who will
be responsible for all HR functions of Ulker International Group Companies which are affiliates of Yildiz Holding
located in different countries such as Romania, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Algeria, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Dubai,
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.
-Design & development of HR strategies as well as implementation of company policies & procedures within the
-Make recommendations , implement and revise the policies / procedures within the responsibility area when needed
-Introduce HR systems and communicate new initiatives to the countries to enable a common platform and alignment.
-Analyse sourcing needs , identifying the gaps and taking actions in order to create a considerable candidate /
potential pool within the regions
-Carry out recruitments for International Operations
-Preparation and follow up of the Headcount Plans in accordance with the Company Budget and Monthly reporting to the BOD
-Taking active role in HR projects such as job evaluation, grade and reward policy review, sales bonus system,
organizational restructuring and execute the relevant actions.
-Acting as the Performance Coach of Ulker International to manage the performance appraisal system implementation &
execution to the relevant countries.
-Initiating a culture of organizational and people capability development in accordance with Holding Performance, Career
Management & Training System; lead succession & team development plans within the responsibility area.
-Manage expatriation processes for Inbound & Outbound
-Manage on boarding process and arrangement of orientation programs for the newcomers and welcoming in cooperation with
Business Unit Heads
-Establish an efficient line of communication with the countries /owned accounts, transfer Ulker culture , raise the
communication issues if any problem comes up and work on solutions via partnering HQ Internal Communication Department,
bringing problems the team agenda with the solutions suggested.
-Developing and maintain a positive environment for the employees, carry out organizational climate surveys when needed.
-Design, development and preparation of the HR reports covering the responsibility area
-Manage organizational database , keep the records updated within the responsibility area
-Bachelor's degree in (preferably in Social Sciences, Business Management or other related
-Experienced in establishing Competency Based Recruitment, Performance, Carrer Planning and Training
and Development Management systems besides all HR functions.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English . Arabic is a plus.
-Strong Project Management Skills
-Self-driven and have strong cultural adaptability and flexibility
-Ability to work in multi-tasking environment
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Advanced knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
-Strong ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
-Strong teamwork/collaboration skills
-Ability to travel
